We are a small family business focused entirely on providing high quality accommodation for UWE students. We both studied at UWE (Frenchay) and lived in various student houses, so we understand what it takes to rent a good student house. We now live just outside Bristol - not on the doorstep, but available when help is needed
Our student houses are selected for their convenient location near shops and bus routes or the cycle track, not too far from UWE but also within reach of Bristol city centre, with large double bedrooms and plenty of space for storage Once we have found a house we attend to the basics of renewing electrics and heating, fitted kitchen and bathrooms with power showers. Then we decorate throughout in simple modern colours, put in good quality carpets, new double beds, IKEA furniture and lots of shelves Of course it doesn't stop there - we have an ongoing programme for upgrading facilities, redecorating and furnishing. And we guarantee that when you move in the house will be sparkling clean! Once you have decided how many people will be in your group and what's most important to you - not having to walk far to catch the bus, really big bedrooms, big kitchen, having a dishwasher, easy parking, whatever - email or give us a ring.
